Public Service Commissioner Special Primary Election Info
The primary for the Special Election for Public Service Commissioner (PSC), Districts Two and Three is on June 17, 2025. The general election will occur on November 4, 2025.
Two Public Service Commission Seats, District Two and Three, are up for election this year.
The Public Service Commission (PSC) makes regulations covering Georgia's electric, gas, telecommunications, and interstate transportation firms. They are charged with ensuring the safety of all natural gas pipelines across the state, and have the power to decide what are fair and reasonable rates for services. In other words, they decide how much you pay for electricity and gas!

2025 Public Service Commission Candidates
The qualifying period for candidates for the Public
Service Commission special elections will be April 1–3, 2025. However, anyone who is raising funds to run for office has to declare their candidacy. The following candidates have officially declared.
