You are eligible to vote in Georgia if:

You are a US citizen – either by birth or by completing the naturalization process

You are a legal resident of the county where you are registering

You are at least 17½ years old and will be 18 on election day

You are not serving a sentence for conviction of a felony involving moral turpitude

You have not been found mentally incompetent by a judge
